Vous avez raison : le moelleux au chocolat n’était pas fondant comme attendu, et nous en avons pris bonne note. Concernant la facture, il s’agissait simplement d’un malentendu avec notre serveuse, immédiatement rectifié. S’agissant de la fondue servie samedi soir, la commande concernait bien une poularde et non une bourguignonne. Cela étant, nous avons corrigé la situation dès que vous nous en avez fait part, et ce sans discussion. En revanche, nous ne pouvons laisser passer vos insinuations relatives à l’hygiène : notre établissement respecte scrupuleusement toutes les normes en vigueur, comme l’attestent les contrôles réguliers effectués par les autorités compétentes. Aucun n’a jamais remis en cause notre sérieux à ce sujet. Enfin, après lecture de vos nombreux avis publiés en ligne, nous constatons que vos attentes sont particulièrement élevées, quel que soit l’établissement. Nous sommes venus avec ma compagne pour la Saint-Valentin, et nous avons passé une soirée magnifique. La décoration nous a beaucoup plu, les plats étaient vraiment très bon. Nous avons pris le menu spécial pour la st-Valentin. Nous avons aussi beaucoup apprécié le service. Merci beaucoup à votre équipe pour avoir émerveillé notre soirée !

Bonjour, Très bon service, les plats sont Excellent, le buffet de salade superbe, énormément de plaisir a venir manger chez vous, si il faudrait relever un point négatif, c'est que le restaurant (en intérieur) est relativement bruyant ainsi que les serveuses peuvent parler très fort mais par rapport a la qualité du restaurant, on fait abstraction ! Très bon restaurant ! BRAVO
